At GrowFlip, we are committed to delivering high-impact, results-driven marketing solutions tailored to each client’s unique business needs. Due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of our services, we maintain the following refund policy:

No Refunds After Payment

Once a client proceeds with a paid monthly, 3-month, or 6-month retainer, the associated fee is billed in advance and is non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether the client decides to continue using our services for the full duration of the retainer period.

We begin strategic planning, creative development, and campaign implementation immediately after payment is received, making refunds unfeasible.

Long-Term Retainers (Discounted Pricing)

Clients who commit to a 3-month or 6-month retainer at a discounted rate do so with the understanding that they are receiving reduced pricing in exchange for an upfront, time-bound commitment. These retainers are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is processed.

No partial refunds will be issued in the event a client chooses to discontinue the service mid-term.

Customized Nature of Service

Each client receives a tailored service package based on their niche, business goals, and target market. Because of the individualized effort, time investment, and resource allocation that begins upon payment, we do not offer refunds for any completed or in-progress work.

Free Trial Period

To ensure full transparency and reduce client risk, we offer a free trial campaign, where clients only cover their ad spend and software charges. This trial allows you to assess the value of our service before committing to a paid plan.

Monthly Billing Cycle (Where Applicable)

For clients on a month-to-month plan, the monthly retainer is billed in advance. Services for that month begin only after payment is received. No refunds will be issued for monthly retainers once payment is made, regardless of campaign performance or cancellation requests.
